Our pricing depends on the size and type of surface, but most residential jobs fall between $150–$500. Driveways and walkways are typically on the lower end, while full house soft washes and large patios range higher. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation estimate — no surprises, just honest pricing.
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water (2,000–4,000 PSI) to blast away dirt, grime, and stains from hard surfaces like concrete driveways and stone patios. Soft washing uses low pressure (under 500 PSI) with biodegradable cleaning solutions that kill mildew, algae, and bacteria at the source — it's safer for delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, stucco, and asphalt roofing.
We recommend a full exterior house wash every 12–18 months in Nassau County. Our humid summers and coastal moisture accelerate mildew and algae growth on siding, especially on north-facing walls. If you notice green streaks or dark spotting, it's time — sooner rather than later.
Not when done right. We adjust our pressure settings for each surface — 3,000+ PSI for heavy concrete, 1,500–2,000 PSI for pavers and brick. The real risk is from inexperienced operators who blast everything at maximum pressure or use a zero-degree nozzle. We have years of experience and match the technique to the material.
Nope. As long as we have access to your outdoor spigot and the areas to be cleaned, you don't need to be home. Most customers just leave us to it. We'll send before-and-after photos if you're out.
Yes. Our soft wash and cleaning solutions are biodegradable and plant-safe. We pre-wet all surrounding plants before applying chemicals and rinse them after. We also cover sensitive landscaping near work areas as an extra precaution. Pets should stay inside during the service, but there's no lasting residue to worry about.

Most residential jobs can be scheduled within 3–7 days of your estimate, weather permitting. We also set aside slots each week for urgent work — if you need it sooner for an event, open house, or move-in/move-out, just ask during your free estimate and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. We handle commercial pressure washing for storefronts, parking lots, apartment buildings, HOA common areas, restaurants, and municipal properties. Commercial jobs typically require an on-site walkthrough for an accurate estimate — call or email us and we'll set it up.
